Improving Firm Sustainability Through Dynamic Capability: The Mediation Role of Ambidexterity

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic capability dimensions on sustainability and ambidexterity. Furthermore, this also analyzes mediating role ambidexterity influence sensing, seizing reconfiguring capabilities in building firm sustainability.
